Adler Consulting Report – New York State Route 125 (Weaver Street) Traffic Assessment & Improvement Analysis, May 30, 2003

The report identifies current and future traffic conditions and provides recommendations for traffic improvements at 4 intersections in the Village of Scarsdale: NYS Rte. 125/Heathcote By-Pass – Northern Terminus; Rte. 125/Heathcote By-Pass – Southern Terminus; Rte. 125 at Heathcote 5 Corners; NYS Rte. 125/Griffen Avenue.  The report has been discussed recently at the Village Board’s Land Use Committee meetings in conjunction with a private development proposal for 2-4 Weaver Street (5 Corners) by the current property owner, F.S. Fish Investment Company #32.
