The Scarsdale Village Code has two parts: Administrative and General Legislation. Each chapter of the code is dedicated to a specific topic. New laws not yet incorporated into the code are listed separately and are labeled as such. Once a new law is codified it is then incorporated into the code and dropped from the new law list. An appendix provides information about specific rules and regulations, and a disposition list provides a chronological listing of legislation adopted since January 1, 2004.
