About Citizen Request Tracker (CRT)
CRT will allow users to submit a service request or report a problem in the community. Requests can be submitted via computer, tablet, or cell phone. CRT will also allow users to easily track all of their pending and closed service requests via their account. Example service request topics include "Street Light Outage" or "Park Maintenance Issues." Once a request is submitted, it is automatically routed to the appropriate Village staff. Staff responses will be sent to you using the email address you provide, and a history of staff actions is available to you by logging in to your user account and opening your service request history.
