This "Village Highlight" will serve as a resource to familiarize the public with some of the sites new features including: My Dashboard, Notify Me, and Citizen Request Tracker.
Creating an Account & My Dashboard
The" My Dashboard" module allows you, the user, to personalize the Scarsdale website to stay updated on news, events, and other information that interests you. About Notify Me
Users can subscribe to receive email and/or text message updates from any list they so choose. The Notify Me® module also allows users to subscribe to email and/or text message notifications from the Events Calendar, News Flash, Bid Postings and Alert Center. About Citizen Request Tracker (CRT)
CRT will allow users to submit a service request or report a problem in the community. Requests can be submitted via computer, tablet or cell phone. CRT will also allow users to easily track all of their pending and closed requests via their account. Example service request topics include "Street Light Outage" or "Park Maintenance Issues". Once a request is submitted, it is routed to multiple Village Employees. As updates are provided from Village Staff, your request will be updated.
