Registration for Fall 2023 Cheerleading will open at 11am 9/22/23

Cheerleading Classes

Practice the fundamentals of cheerleading while having lots of fun! No experience is necessary for these clinics which cater to all ages and skill levels from beginner to advanced. 

Classes are taught by award-winning instructors from Scarsdale and the local area, under the guidance of Chrissy Stanionis -- Assistant Varsity Coach for North Rockland, former New Rochelle Varsity Cheerleading Coach/Program Director of 22 years, and judge for New York State and Varsity Brands.

 Classes offered

Tiny Stars for Kindergarten; $220  

 A fun introduction to cheerleading, covering fundamentals such as  stretching, jumps, sideline cheers, beginner stunt, and tumbling drills.

Tuesdays, 6:00pm - 7:00pm on October 3, 10, 17, 24,  last class will  be WEDNESDAY November 1,   

Mini Stars for 1st - 2nd grades; $245

 Improving individual skills with a focus on jumps, proper stretching, cheer motions, stunts,  tumbling drills, and team building games.

 Tuesdays, 6:00pm - 7:15pm on October 3, 10, 17, 24, last class will be WEDNESDAY  November 1,   

Youth Stars for 3rd - 5th grades; $275

 Jumps, proper stretching, cheer motions, stunts, tumbling drills, and team building games.

 Thursdays, 6:00pm - 7:30pm on  October 5, 12, 19, 26, November 9 

Junior Stars for 6th - 8th grades; $275

 Developing skills for middle and high school cheer with jumps, conditioning, stunt drills,  tumbling, and stretching.

Thursdays 6:00pm - 7:30pm on , October 5, 12, 19, 26, November 9 

All four clinics will be at the Scarsdale Middle School gyms with pickup and drop-off at the breezeway. Sneakers and appropriate attire are required. After the program begins, 

no refunds -- full or prorated -- will be granted.
