Scarsdale Recreation Summer Day Camp Looking for CITs
Attention Scarsdale families! The Scarsdale PRC is still looking for qualified young students to be CITs and VCITs for our summer camp in 2017.
Requirements:
15 years of age can be hired as CIT. Will receive a $300 stipend for Day camp. Prorated for Sports Camp.
14 years of age can be hired as Volunteer CIT. No salary.
Note: CITs and VCITs are also required to work as a bus counselor. They receive a $100 stipend.
These positions will assist staff members with daily activities and supervision of campers. They also will assist with and participate in camp wide activities.

Camp season: July 3rd-August 4th (5 weeks). No camp July 4th.
Staff orientation meetings will be scheduled week of June 26th.
You must fully commit to the entire day camp season. Two letters of references will be needed for anybody interested.
A 2017 Camp Job Application must be filled out for anybody interested in applying. Applications are available at the Scarsdale PRC offices at village hall, or visit the “Camp Center” section of our department’s web site at:
