Dear Residents,

You recently received an email with Snowman Contest details from the Scarsdale Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department. After careful consideration, we have determined that remaining hazards from Friday's storm and high winds forecast for tomorrow may pose a risk for participants.
With an abundance of caution, we are canceling this contest to ensure that all residents remain safe and away from downed wires, trees and debris that may still be present on or near properties. We look forward to re-introducing this fun, family activity next Winter.
