Silence Isn't Always Golden

Unless you've been stuck in a time warp, you've probably heard something about the Freightway Redevelopment Project. However, if you're an unfortunate soul parading about the 'Dale in "fashion-don't" super-low-rise acid-wash jeans and a designer trucker hat, it's time to hop in the DeLorean and come back to the future. We're not very good mind readers, so now is your chance to provide feedback about the proposed Freightway Design Concepts at the Village Board listening session on January 22 at 6:30 PM. Be there. Come one, come all!

New Web-based Volunteer Portal

Hey, Scarsdalians, did you hear that Woodstock 50 is coming to Watkins Glen this summer? Their mission is "to unite people in a shared experience with great artists, and encourage active support of equality, inclusion and a shared sustainable future." Power to the people! So, what does this have to do with our new Volunteer Portal? Well, one of the best ways to shape the future of Scarsdale is to volunteer on one of our highly valued resident boards, commissions, or councils. Please check out the new Portal and apply to lend a hand and make a difference!
